THE FIRS COTTAGE
ROSEVILLE PARK
In the last quarter of the 19th century, Richard Archbold Jnr built a two-roomed wooden cottage that became known as “The Firs”, appropriately named after the large number of fir trees planted around the house.
Today, the floor plan allows us to provide you with a variety of flexible dining experiences. Join us for a romantic table of two on the original balcony, or dine with your friends or business associates in a cosy private room. Our pergola, nestled in parkland provides the perfect venue for large tables for family reunions and even weddings.
Whatever the occasion, Sous Le Soleil will ensure that your guests treasure the memory of your event.
The restaurant has a policy of two course minimum per person dining.
We are FULLY LICENSED, however BYO wine & champagne is permitted at lunch time and on Thursday night. The cost of corkage is $20 per bottle.
BYO is not permitted on Friday & Saturday dinner.

Sous Le Soleil offers innovative and affordable French cuisine with an Asian twist. Our inspiration comes from our passion for contemporary French food and seasonal produce. Our Head Chef Young’s creative flair and attention to detail allow him to constantly exceed expectations in his delivery of a unique menu which provides irresistible flavour combinations and elegant presentation, all whilst retaining the savoir-faire of the French dishes we’ve come to cherish.

Our service for delivery is personally looked after by our team for free to our nearby suburbs. It is a limited service that we would like to keep on going for customers who need it the most. If your mobility is not reduced, please organise pick-up during our extended takeaway window trading hours.
